We know the road (or trail!) can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer a Crash Replacement Policy to help you get back on your bike as quickly and affordably as possible.
Who qualifies?
If you’re the original owner of the item and it was damaged during a crash or fall while riding, you’re eligible.
What’s covered?
Apparel that’s been torn, ripped, or otherwise made unwearable from a crash – including but not limited to jerseys, bib shorts, jackets, and skinsuits.
Our first step: repair
In an effort to reduce waste, we’ll always assess whether the item can be repaired first. If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll offer you a voucher to the value of 50% of your original purchase price which can be redeemed on a replacement item of the same or similar style.
How to claim:
- Email us at orders@enjoy.cc with:
- A few photos of the damaged item(s)
- A short explanation of what happened
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Our team will review and respond within 3–5 working days.
The fine print:
- Claims must be made within 6 months of the crash.
- One crash replacement per item.
- We reserve the right to deny claims if the damage doesn’t appear crash-related.
