A tight fitting additional layer that provides good protection without being overly cumbersome. Waterproofed and with two zipped pockets to keep you comfortable and your valuables safe.

The ladies winter gilet is a versatile riding garment for varying weather conditions. Aimed at protecting you from the wind and cold it also has the added benefit of repelling moisture.

Made from Weatherlite™ 4 way stretch water resistant fabric. The slim fit cut works well in cooler temperatures as the wider shoulder panel prevents unwanted airflow and improves heat retention. The front zip is an imported YKK type 3 reverse zip which provides excellent function on the bike and it is finished with reflective reflex lycra trim.

Two rear zipped security pockets offer storage and silicon elastic around the bottom hem prevents upward movement. Best worn with fleeced armwarmers for a practical layered garment solution that you can remove as the temperature increases.

We therefore tailor and design from an athletic male and female figure form and then product test using keen athletes relating to that particular products field. Trying to find a one size fits all solution for everybody is near impossible. The biggest single mistake people make is assuming the medium item they already own is a universal standard so with the measurements above, here are some pointers to assist you in getting the perfect fit.

1. The increase between sizes is incremental so if you prefer a looser feel and you are at the top end of a size then rather size up one size. If you know you love it tight but are sitting in the crosshairs of two sizes, then possibly look to downsize to the smaller size of the two. It all comes down to personal preference at the end of the day.

2. Few people fall into an exact size when looking at the detailed measurements so the most important measurements to consider are the chest and waist area. If you are above or close to the limit of either of these measurements it is likely the item will feel too small.

3. We have a full size curve at our offices in Cape Town where you are welcome to fit.
